The steps I ordered for my not-so-young-anymore kitty, Toby, who is going on 14, are even more than I expected them to be. They have worked out perfectly for Toby. Thank you - we love them, but more important, Cassie already climbed up them and she loves them too. Of course the little toys were a big hit too... I love the very rich carpet, ( color is PERFECT) the cording around it in 2 colors is just awesome! thank you ever so much!! The workmanship is wonderful!!! Magi is "kind" of getting the hang of it. I am using the "treats" you suggested to place in 3 spots so he will go up the ramp. We got it on tues and he is getting used to it. sooooo if his "parents" don’t give in to lifting him up I think he will do it!! thanks again. will try and get some pics and e them to you as the wk goes on. hugs. They were very good about going up, but not so good about coming down. I will work with them more this weekend. Thank you for the little duck too. Prissy immediately grabbed it and off she went! (So am I) The first time I tried to get her to go up steps, she jumped up on the bed from floor. She has only done that 3 other times, and I really had to work to get her to do it. May 11, 2005 from Van Nuys, California. Special Custom made Mini Dog Ramp. Hi Marge - Just wanted to let you know that the ramp arrived last week and it's perfect! The dimensions are just right and it's much more stable than I expected so I don't have to weight it at all. Darcy hasn't used the dog door in six months so I kinda had to retrain her. She still forgets once in a while, but it's wonderful that she's able to use it again and can be more independent with respect to going outside or coming back into the house.Thank you so much for helping me and my little girl." :) Kim

Your kindness and generosity have truly touched my heart. My Mom received her dog ramp yesterday, just like you said she would. (By the way, I think you are AMAZING!!!) Mom loves it! It’s perfect! It may seem like such a simple thing to some, but just knowing Mom doesn’t have to bend down to pick up and lift her dog to the bed is such a comfort! Gretchen, Mom’s dog, figured out what the ramp was for immediately, and wasted no time scurrying up to the bed. Mom also said she played with her new toy elephant—the one you included with the ramp—all afternoon. I must say again, your kindness is such an inspiration to me.
